1g of ointment contains Herbal Infused Oil and Essential Oil equivalent to 200mg dried herb.

Directions:

Rub or massage freely into back and front of lung area. Place on a cotton pad and Inhale for nasal congestion or sinus relief. Keep the chest warm.
