HOW TO USE:

Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.

INGREDIENTS:

NZ whey protein concentrate, [whey, emulsifier (*soy lecithin)], natural flavouring, MCT oil powder (coconut), organic chia seeds, Himalayan pink salt, organic maca, organic psyllium husk, cinnamon, sweeteners (steviol glycoside, thaumatin).

*A tiny amount of non-GMO soy lecithin - 0.1% (added to ensure a smooth blend with no clumps)
