Hypertension & Arthritis Support

Mistletoe may assist in treating hypertension and traditionally arthritis. Has also been shown to assist with easing headache. High mineral content may aid in strengthening teeth and bones in adults.

DIRECTIONS: 

Steep 1 teaspoon (5g) in 1 cup hot water for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten with honey or stevia as desired. Drink first thing in morning (and before bed). Up to 2 cups of hot tea maximum daily.
