Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend: A restful blend of sedative florals designed to ease a restful night’s sleep. This blend will naturally help calm the nervous system and promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep. Sweet dreams guaranteed.

 Mandarin Essential Oil: With a refreshing, light and citrus scent, mandarin is calming, and known to reduce nervous tension. Calming for temper tantrums and the fresh fragrance adds a note of lightness to the air.

 Marjoram Essential Oil: Marjoram Essential Oil has a strong, herbaceous scent and is perfect for relaxation and reducing muscle pain.

How to use:

Diffuser: Add 2 drops to your Petite Diffuser and enjoy anywhere, anytime.

Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml/3.38fl.oz carrier oil.

Bath: Add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and benefit from steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as needed.
