Carwari Organic Worcester Sauce is made from a variety of organic vegetables and fruits. The processing method uses a type of Kombu seaweed (Hokkaido Kelp) instead of yeast extract. This adds an extra "Umami" flavour. 

Naturally fermented vinegars also contribute to making it taste milder & lighter.

Organic Vegetables & Fruits (Apple, Onion, Garlic, Lemon, Tomato, Mandarin), Organic Vinegar (Apple Vinegar, Rice Vinegar), Organic Saccharide (Molasses, Sugar), Salt, Organic Soy Sauce, Spices, Kelp.

 Traditional & modern Asian cuisine, stir fried dishes, steamed fish.
