Australia's best sleep tea is made with 5 Australian bush plants traditionally used to ease an overactive mind, relax the body, promote a deep sleep or improve overall wellbeing. Strawberry Gum Leaf is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales and Denmark Western Australia.

Native Lemongrass is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula region of Western Australia and South Australia. 

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.
