This is a gentle herbal blend, with subtle hints of mint and lemon, complemented by the soft floral tones of chamomile and lavender.

This blend is caffeine free.

Certified organic chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, lavender.

Brewing:

Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75°C-85°C and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes and then remove the bag and serve.
