Stress-Plex Herbal Remedy 200ml

Stress-Plex Herbal Remedy is an Australian-made herbal medicine designed to help relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, while reducing nervous tension. The 200mL liquid formula contains extracts of St. John’s Wort, lemon balm and passion flower, with peppermint essential oil.

• Herbal formula: Each 5mL contains St. John’s Wort herb top flowering, equivalent to 625mg dried herb.
• Lemon balm: Each 5mL contains lemon balm leaf extract, equivalent to 750mg dried leaf.
• Passion flower: Each 5mL contains passion flower leaf extract, equivalent to 625mg dried leaf.
• Directions: Adults take 2–5mL three times daily. Shake well before use.
• Flexible use: Dilute with water, fruit juice or another fluid if necessary, then consume immediately.

Use in treatment courses of six to eight weeks, with significant breaks between active treatments. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner.

St. John’s Wort may affect prescription medicines, including contraceptives, antidepressants, blood thinners and anti-anxiety medicines. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if taking medication. Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been evaluated. Contains 22% ethanol. Store below 30°C and use only if the cap seal is unbroken.

Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol and peppermint essential oil.

Interactions:

St John’s Wort may affect the way some prescription medicines work. Possible interactions with anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressant’s, and/or contraceptive medications. Talk to a healthcare practitioner before starting therapy if the patient is taking medications for the stated conditions.
