Passion flower: Each 5mL contains extract equivalent to 500mg of dried Passion Flower herb.

Skullcap: Each 5mL contains extract equivalent to 1.5g of dried Skullcap leaf.

Ashwagandha: Each 5mL contains extract equivalent to 750mg of dried Ashwagandha root.
Adults should take 10mL twice daily. Shake the bottle well before use. You can dilute the liquid with water, fruit juice, or another fluid, then consume it immediately.
This herbal remedy contains 34% ethanol. Do not use it with sedatives, including barbiturates, and avoid combining it with other medicines or natural health products that have sedative properties. Exercise caution when operating heavy machinery. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been evaluated.

Skullcap leaf, Scutellaria lateriflora 1.5mL, equiv. dry 1.5g
Ashwagandha root, Withania somnifera 1.5mL, equiv. dry 750mg.
