Increase airflow through your nose while you sleep with Rhinomed Mute, an internal nasal device designed to sit inside the nose. It may suit you if nasal congestion, blockages, a deviated septum, or narrow airways affect your breathing during sleep or contribute to snoring.

  • Pack size: Includes three medium Mute devices.
  • Supply: Provides a 30-night supply.
  • Internal design: Sits inside the nose, with only the bridge showing across the nostrils.

To fit Mute, hold the bridge with the loops facing you and the paddles facing away. Insert the loops first, tilting the bridge upwards towards the tip of your nose. If the device feels loose or you want greater airflow, gently click the paddles outwards to expand the loops. Adjust each side separately for a more individual fit.

Mute is not intended to treat sleep apnoea. If you think your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnoea, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
