You can use PPC Herbs Triplex Oral Liquid as a Western Herbal Medicine traditionally used to help remove intestinal threadworms and pinworms. The 50 mL liquid combines three herbal extracts in each 1 mL dose.

Herbal formula: Contains black walnut seed husk (green), wormwood leaf and clove flower bud extracts.

How to take it: Shake well, then take before meals, undiluted or mixed with water, fruit juice or another fluid. Consume immediately.

Adult schedule: Take 10 drops three times daily in week one, 20 drops three times daily in week two, then 30 drops three times weekly from week three through maintenance.
