Martin & Pleasance Schuessler Tissue Salts Nat Mur provides sodium chloride as a tissue salt in a lactose base. Each tablet contains 0.5 mcg of the mineral tissue salt.
Nat Mur is traditionally associated with the distribution of water in the body. It is also associated with symptoms such as dehydration, dry skin or lips, dry eyes, constipation with dry stools, watery eyes or nasal discharge, and cold sores around the nose and mouth. Some people also report a craving for salty foods.

Adult dose: Take 1 tablet.

Children’s dose: Take ½ tablet.

Infant dose: Take ¼ tablet.

How to take: Chew the tablet, or crush and dissolve it in water.

Acute use: Take every half hour, up to 6 doses a day, until symptoms subside.

Chronic or maintenance use: Take 4 times daily, half an hour before meals and at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
