Replenish your drink bottle with a tropical electrolyte blend made from organic coconut water powder, magnesium lactate and evaporated sea salt. Hydrate Tropical provides potassium, sodium and magnesium for your active lifestyle, with natural fruit flavours for a fresh taste.

Each 10g serving contains 165mg of potassium, 71mg of sodium and 68mg of magnesium. Magnesium lactate is a bio-available form of magnesium described as gentle on the stomach. The 200g pack provides 20 servings.

Add two teaspoons (10g) of powder to 250ml of water and shake, or stir vigorously. Some small amount of the powder might not fully dissolve instantly, but by the time you've put your shoes on to go to the gym, a moment or two later it will have!

Prefer a milder taste? Try adding extra water, you're in control!
