Grahams Natural Mega Oil is a blend of extra-virgin, cold-pressed and organic oils, with omega 3, 6 and 9 and a stated omega ratio of 2:1:1. Ingredients listed are flaxseed oil, soybean see oil, evening primrose oil, borage oil (15ml GLA), safflower seed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame seed oil and pumpkin seed oil. Take straight from the bottle or mix with food such as pasta, rice, vegetables, salads, yoghurt or fruit. Suggested use: children aged 1–15 years, 1ml per year of age, up to 15ml per day; ages 15 and over, 1 tablespoon once or twice daily. Dosage may vary with weight and size. Do not heat for cooking. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6–8 weeks.
