Active ingredients: Each 5 ml metric teaspoon contains 1.065 g of magnesium from 1.6 g heavy magnesium oxide and 400 mg heavy magnesium carbonate.

Adult directions: Add one 5 ml metric teaspoon, weighing 2 g, to a glass of water. Stir thoroughly and drink.
