Each cookie combines self-raising wheat flour, cane sugar, salted grass-fed butter, fresh whole eggs and pure vanilla extract. Fair-trade chocolate drops make up 20% of the recipe, with couverture chocolate ingredients including cocoa butter, whole milk powder and cocoa mass.
