Adults should take one capsule twice daily, or follow the advice of a health care practitioner. Do not give this product to children. Because it contains vitamin K2, do not take it with anticoagulant therapy such as Warfarin. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Store below 30°C, away from light and moisture. You may refrigerate the bottle if preferred.
