For use on its own, take 2 drops directly on your tongue, or add them to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
You can also create a personalised blend by adding 2 drops of each remedy, using up to 7 remedies, to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. Cider vinegar, glycerin or brandy may be added to the blend as a preservative.
