For a single remedy, place 2 drops on your tongue or add them to a glass of water. Sip the water at intervals throughout the day.
To create a personal blend, add 2 drops of each selected remedy, up to seven remedies, to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops at least four times daily. Cider vinegar, glycerin or brandy may be added to the blend as a preservative.
