For a single remedy, take 2 drops directly on your tongue. You can also add 2 drops to a glass of water and sip it at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
To prepare a personal blend, add 2 drops of each remedy to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Use up to seven remedies, then take 4 drops at least four times a day. Cider vinegar, glycerin or brandy may be added to the blend as a preservative.
