Just add 1 tbsp butter (or any oil) and 1 large egg (room temperature is best) to our dry mix in a mug or ramekin – zap in the microwave for 90 secs (microwaves vary so between 60-90 secs) slice and eat. Moist, convenient, and delicious! Makes 4 slices. Light, fluffy, and naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients:

Almond meal, Erythritol, Ground Linseed, Ground Psyllium Husk, Mixed Spice, Gluten-Free Baking Powder, Salt.

MAKE DONUTS!  Use  2-3 silicon donut molds, (optional add 1 tbsp of cream cheese to the mix) bake 60-90 sec in the microwave then roll in cinnamon and keto sugar!  DONUTS TO DIE FOR!
